This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with the 93:20 Player mobile application and the services that support them.
Who we are
93:20 Player is operated by NinetyThreeTwenty (“we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us with any questions about this policy at privacy@ninetythreetwenty.com.
Information we collect
We collect only the data required to operate the service you request. Collection channels and purposes are:
- Account credentials. Provided by you during sign-in to establish identity and subscription status.
- Authentication tokens. Issued by our server and stored securely on your device to keep you signed in.
- Push notification tokens. Supplied by Firebase Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification Service; used solely to notify you about new episodes.
- Diagnostics. Logged when errors occur or when you opt to send logs; these entries exclude sensitive tokens and are only transmitted with your approval.
We do not collect location data, payment card numbers, contacts, photos, or other analytics without explicit disclosure.
How we use information
- To authenticate your account and deliver the audio content you requested.
- To send push notifications which is based on your consent.
- To respond to support inquiries when you share diagnostic logs voluntarily.
Sharing and service providers
We share data only with service providers that operate our backend systems, notification services, and storage platforms. Each provider is contractually required to protect the data with the same safeguards described here. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not embed advertising or third-party analytics trackers in the app.
Security
We employ standard security measures such as encrypted communication (HTTPS), secure storage for authentication tokens to protect your information. Access to server-side systems is restricted and monitored.
Your rights and retention
You may request access to the data we process, ask for inaccuracies to be corrected, or request deletion where applicable. Access tokens expire after two hours, refresh tokens after 30 days, and guest/device records that are inactive for 60 days are purged.
Withdrawal of consent for notifications is handled through your device settings and by logging out. To exercise any rights, email privacy@ninetythreetwenty.com; we will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the UK, the EU, or California you may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
Children’s privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the last revision. We will notify users of material changes via the app or our website.
